The Walk with Yeshua

The walk with Yeshua… is an interesting and adventurous one. For weeks I was praying that God shows areas in His forest that He is flourishing that still needs growing.  And Oh how faithful is He.  Just the other day, after seeing growth in parts of His forest, He takes me to a section that needs me to surrender to Him. Just imagine walking through a luscious forest, to then come into a spot that is just destroyed, lifeless…ugly.broken forest Let’s call this part of the forest…anger.  And it’s something that I myself destroyed. Yahwh initially made it so lovely, so fruitful, but my sin just turned it to ruins.  With tears rushing down my face, I realized how much more I need the aid of the Holy Spirit and how much more I need to walk by the Word… I realized that I need Him so much closer to help rebuild this part of the forest that will bring my King glory and praise. It was a very humbling moment and made me hold My Love’s hand all the tighter. And I thank God so much for taking me into this part of the forest so that I can grow more into His wondrous image.  What a privilege it is to have Him desire that I become so beautiful and luscious and wonderful again, as He is. Knowing that He wants to help me and not condemn  me made His undeserving grace and kindness such a splendid reality.  He didn’t just take me into this spot and handed me over a shovel, with disappointment written on His face and walked away. Rather, He graciouslygrowth and quite gently showed me this part of the forest, wiped away my tears, and encouraged me to put on my gardening gloves and reminded me that He is forever here to help me be all that I was meant to be, for His amazing glory. I am joyful seeing this part of His forest grow and bloom.Ephesians 4:25-32 25 Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another. 26 Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, 27 and give no opportunity to the devil. 28 Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need. 29 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. 32 Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
